HI HOME began in Sydney in 2010, when I first arrived in Australia and started working in the cleaning industry.
From the very beginning, I understood that cleaning was about much more than simply making a home look tidy. It was about trust, respect and doing the job properly.
As more families began recommending my work, demand naturally grew. By 2011, we were receiving more enquiries than we could manage on our own, and that was when the foundation of HI HOME Cleaning Service began to take shape.
We started building a team, training our cleaners in the way we believed cleaning should be done, and developing a standard of care that has remained at the heart of HI HOME ever since.
For many years, our growth came almost entirely through word of mouth and personal recommendations. Families trusted us with their homes, their belongings and, in many cases, their pets and the spaces that were most important to them.
That trust became our greatest measure of success.
Cleaning is not about making a home look clean.
We believe a good cleaning service should deliver two things that are equally important:
Respect for your space and people — and a genuinely thorough clean.
When someone invites a cleaner into their home, they are trusting that person with much more than a list of tasks. They are trusting them to be careful with their belongings, respectful of their privacy, considerate of their family and pets, and attentive to the details that matter to them.
At the same time, they expect to come home and actually feel that their home has been cleaned.
We believe cleaning should never be a cover-up or a quick cosmetic refresh. A proper clean requires time, care and respect for the process. There are no shortcuts when quality matters.

As HI HOME grew, we recognised that we could serve more families by building a team of people who shared the same values and standards.
Our cleaners are trained to approach each home with care, attention and respect. We believe that the way we treat a client’s home is just as important as the result we deliver.
Today, after more than 15 years caring for homes and families across Sydney, the heart of HI HOME remains the same.
